Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. If a guest with a mobility disability does not provide forty-eight (48) hours’ advanced notice for bed frame removal accommodation, then the guest’s request for bed frame removal shall be accommodated within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of request by hotel management. Reservations must be cancelled by 6:00 p.m. local hotel time on the day of arrival, or the first night's stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Guests who cancel Advanced Purchase (AP) reservations more than 24 hours after their original time of booking, or fail to show, will forfeit their nonrefundable advance prepayment equal to the total cost of the reservation (including tax). Guests who cancel Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservations more than 24 hours after their original time of booking, or fail to show, will forfeit their nonrefundable deposit equal to three (3) nights' room and tax. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.
To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.
Pet Policy
Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.

Housekeeping Service** Our promise is to provide you with a fresh, clean room. We also take our commitment to the environment very seriously and strive to freshen up without wasting our natural resources unnecessarily. Towards this common goal, housekeeping services are scheduled based on the number of nights you will be staying with us. Additional full or refresh services are available as outlined below.
Extended Stay America Premier Suites
For stays of one to seven (1-7) nights: Fresh towels and linens are available at the front desk as often as needed.
For stays of eight (8+) or more nights: One Full Service housekeeping is provided each week. Full service includes: dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning of bathroom and kitchen, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed. Additional Housekeeping Options For Purchase

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.
**Dishes are not washed during any housekeeping service. Some services may be limited based on location and brand; please talk to the front desk for more details.
Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.
For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
Advance Payment Policy
It is the policy and practice of Extended Stay America to require payment in advance for guest rooms. At check-in, guests paying the nightly rate will be charged for their entire stay. Guests paying the weekly rate will be charged for the first week of their stay upon check-in. For stays longer than seven days, guests will be required to pay for each week in advance. Children 17 years of age and under stay free with an adult in the same room.
Horrible....
We had reservations for 2 days and only stayed 1, with so many issues.
1. When we checked in, I realized the location suggested on Expedia was far from where we need to be. The front desk, was of no help and told me I need to call Expedia, but Expedia is not going to refund or cancel our second day.. so don't waste your time.
I called and they said, I can cancel my second day.. to go a head and check out ask the front desk to give you proof that you didn't stay the second night.

Women #1 with the Tatoos super nice couldn't give me an invoice
Women #2 Blond hair... didn't help. Looked at us and walked away.. but nice
Women #3 with an accent was horrible, rude and continued to walk away when I asked her a question...
They couldn't give me anything.. no Receipt, invoice, letter, screenshot... she was angry that we didn't stay the second night as almost were not going to give you anything because your going to pay one way or another.... " you will get an email Receipt after we charge you your second day ".
I can understand, if the hotel was in a better condition or we would of stayed. We love the brand and what it stands for.
There was nothing special about our room the beds kept moving around because it wasn't mounted to the wall.
We loved the fact there was a kitchen...
BUT .. there no dishes or pots that normally, is already provided in the room. For that particular brand... it was all on request.
There wasn't even a glass for you to drink water from. Nothing special for an extended stay...
The room came with only 2 sets of towels, there was 3 of us.. 1 small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and I think lotion.. asked for extra, the house keeping gave us 1 more of each of the little bottles and 1 bath towel... again nothing special about the room.
The ice machine was broken, the ac in the room kept at 70 degree..lol
there grab and go breakfast... hardly any there to grab and go with...
We left... with disbelief that it's ok for the front desk to behave like this and this couldn't be the normal guest service provided but the hotel... I will never again in my life will stay at another Extended Stay hotel. I believe in the brand and what it stands for... if I had to stay there for an extended time.. I would rather walked in on coming traffic...

this place saved me from being homeless when the factoria extended stay kicked me out unfairly at 11pm. I’m in town for business. I was able to booked last minute and stayed for 4 nights. receptionist were more helpful and attentive than the factoria extended stay. rooms are bigger too.

I recently stayed at Extended Stay America Premier Suites in downtown Bellevue, Seattle, for a planned eight-day visit. Despite repeated requests to the front desk on the second and third days for room cleaning, my room was not serviced. When I called the front desk on the evening of the third day to inquire again, I was informed rather bluntly that cleaning services are only available for stays of eight days or more. This policy was not communicated to me at check-in, and I was disappointed by the unfriendly response from the staff. This experience was frustrating and detracted from the overall comfort of my stay.

I stayed in the one king sized bedroom. It was great, there was a kitchen too, full refrigerator, stove, microwave. Tv size was great. I paid $100 for one night (might’ve been a deal I found and not the normal price though.) felt really close to downtown Seattle, about 15 min drive depending on traffic. Great place to just sleep, nothing too fancy. The room was more modern than most hotels I’ve been too. I recommend if you find it for a low price. Downside was that the walls are not very sound proof, I could hear when someone was closing their blinds in another room which was surprising. So I’m sure someone can hear the TV or even talking. Luckily I didn’t have noisy neighbors so it was good for me.
