Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. If a guest with a mobility disability does not provide forty-eight (48) hours’ advanced notice for bed frame removal accommodation, then the guest’s request for bed frame removal shall be accommodated within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of request by hotel management. If the forty-eight (48) hour period falls on a holiday or weekend, hotel staff will accommodate the request within seventy-two (72) hours.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled by 6:00 p.m. local hotel time on the day of arrival, or the first night's stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Guests who cancel Advanced Purchase (AP) reservations more than 24 hours after their original time of booking, or fail to show, will forfeit their nonrefundable advance prepayment equal to the total cost of the reservation (including tax). Guests who cancel Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservations more than 24 hours after their original time of booking, or fail to show, will forfeit their nonrefundable deposit equal to three (3) nights' room and tax. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.
To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.
Pet Policy
Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.

Housekeeping Service** Our promise is to provide you with a fresh, clean room. We also take our commitment to the environment very seriously and strive to freshen up without wasting our natural resources unnecessarily. Towards this common goal, housekeeping services are scheduled based on the number of nights you will be staying with us. Additional full or refresh services are available as outlined below.
Extended Stay America Premier Suites
For stays of one to seven (1-7) nights: Fresh towels and linens are available at the front desk as often as needed.
For stays of eight (8+) or more nights: One Full Service housekeeping is provided each week. Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.
**Dishes are not washed during any housekeeping service. Some services may be limited based on location and brand; please talk to the front desk for more details.
Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.
For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
Advance Payment Policy
It is the policy and practice of Extended Stay America to require payment in advance for guest rooms. At check-in, guests paying the nightly rate will be charged for their entire stay. Guests paying the weekly rate will be charged for the first week of their stay upon check-in. For stays longer than seven days, guests will be required to pay for each week in advance. Children 17 years of age and under stay free with an adult in the same room.

The entire building is old and lacks maintenance, as soon as you open the door there's a disgusting smell. My room was 222, smelled awful, the sofa coach with disgusting stains and kind of moisture...all bad, totally bad. I even bought some odor-control sprays and stuff for a better ambiance for sleeping, but nothing can beat that disgusting smell!

In my 33 years of Hotel experience, this is the first time I can actually say this hotel at Extended Stay America Suites Indianapolis -Northwest-College Park at 9030 Wesleyan Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46268 was the worse experience I have in 33 years of travelling. 1 face cloth, no towels available, no microwave, a new refrigerator was great. Bath tub bad drainage, sink bad drainage, trouble making loud residents and cost me $419 for 2 night stay due to a State fair in the area and a Video Game.convention that weekend also! Was informed that the owner is like that of a slum lord owner and don't care about our of towers or anyone, just want money. The other Hotels were expensive that weekend also ranging from $280-399 per night just for these two occasions I mentioned. I even had to go to Walmart to buy 3 Bath towels $2.94 ea and 3 Wash Cloths at $1.24 ea and my own essentials because theirs were undesirable to use and not worth trying out.

it was clean which was good...however....
theres not a breakfast even though they are supposed to have one....our room has no towels (no hand, no bathing, no floor..not a single towel)..when we requested towels we were told no inventory (it was like 4:00pm just after checking in)...someone came to our room later and said they found some. The bed was broken (very loud, sunk in cuz of bad springs, sheets falling off)

I never make Google reviews, this is my first but I see it fitting I tell my poor experience with this location in particular. As most travelers, I am weary and was ready to relax in the hotel my boyfriend booked for us. However, Shante, the general manager did not show me any form of customer service, was rude, and seemed like she hated her job. Also, my room was quite filthy, and there was no shower curtain. I expressed my discontent with Shante, I also mentioned the door doesn’t close and I wanted to know when will the shower curtain would be available. Her very blunt response was “whenever the dryer gets done.” That is not an efficient enough answer, and she fired back saying “that is a good enough answer.” It was the NEW HIRE who had to walk to the door to show me how to open it properly and explain to me that the dryer doesn’t have a timer, but once it’s done that he would personally bring it. This is unacceptable behavior from a general manager, that the new hire can show more customer service than what Shante displayed. I am currently waiting back to hear from the district manager, because this hospitality is unacceptable.
